Upon placing your order you should receive a confirmation email from Bodology and Australia Post once your order has been dispatched. If for whatever reason you do not receive either of these emails, please email us at orders@bodology.com.au.

Bodology uses the services of Australia Post to distribute to addresses within Australia. You will receive an email from Bodology confirming your consignment number and providing the estimated shipping time it will take to deliver to your address.

Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address).  We are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.

Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed.
