Bodology does not send spam or sell email addresses. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information we collect when you visit our web site or store, purchase products and send or receive any emails to or from Bodology.

         If you place an order for goods through Bodology, you will be required to enter your credit card number and information, as well as your shipping address and/or other contact information. In order to process your order from Bodology online store, we need to collect your full name, shipping address, credit card information (including the 3 digit verification code), e-mail address, and home or business telephone number and mobile. Bodology will not sell, rent or share your personal information, including your e-mail address, with any third parties for marketing purposes. Bodology may also collect demographic and other data like age and buying preferences, generally through surveys and forms, which you may or may not choose to participate in.

         If we ever send you information by e-mail or SMS concerning new products, services, tips and specials that you did not expressly request, we will provide you with an e-mail address by which you may request no future notices.

         As part of the services we provide, Bodology may create links allowing you to access third party sites. Bodology is not responsible for the content that appears on those sites and does not endorse these sites.          Bodology reserves the right to change this policy from time to time. If we do make changes, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted on this site.

Bodology takes its obligations under the Privacy Act seriously and would like to take all reasonable steps in order to comply with the Act and protect the privacy of the personal information that we hold. Bodology is required to comply with the Privacy Act.
