Returns and Exchanges Online
Fill out the Returns and Exchanges form and email to us within 48 hours from receipt of your package. You will receive your instructions by email within 48 hours. You may use the courier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item. Once the package has arrived in our facility, you will receive a confirmation email.
For all returns, a refund will be sent within 48 hours. For returns, you will be refunded the purchase-price of the product only. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded the original shipping charges or return shipping costs.
For exchanges, in-stock items will be sent upon our receipt of the original item. Shipping charges will apply. Unfortunately again, you will not be refunded the original shipping charges or return shipping costs.

Returns Processing
For Credit Cards and Direct Deposit
We will credit your account for the purchase price of the item within 48 hours. Unfortunately, you will not be credited for any freight costs.
Exchanges Processing
For Credit Cards
If the new item costs more, we will debit the difference between the cost of the original purchase and the cost of the new item, and new shipping charges within 48 hours.
If the new item costs less, we will credit the difference between the cost of the original purchase and the cost of the new item, and charge the cost of the new shipping charges within 48 hours.
For Direct Deposit
If the new item costs more, we will request by email a payment for the difference between the cost of the original purchase and the cost of the new item, and new shipping charges within 48 hours.
If the new item costs less, we will credit the difference between the cost of the original purchase and the cost of the new item, and charge the cost of the new shipping charges within 48 hours.
Returns and Exchanges In-Store
Simply bring the invoice and credit card used when you placed the order to the store.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, email orders@bodology.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the product. In the email you must include your full name, as appears on your online payment form. We will then email you instructions within 48 hours on what you need to do.
